******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No. 134 dated 08.11.2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 148, 149 Indian Penal Code and 25/27 Arms Act at Police Station Bhikhiwind, District Tarn Taran. Heard.

It is a case where son of complainant and two passers-by were hit with bullets injuries during fight between two groups and the petitioner was heading one of the group.

Keeping in view the gravity of offence, I find no reason to grant the benefit of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Dismissed.
