Lakha Singh v. Director Panchayat & ORS
IN THE HIGH COURT OF PUNJAB & HARYANA
AT CHANDIGARH CWP No.1381 of 2017 Date of decision:16.02.2017 Lakh Singh ... Petitioner Vs.
Director Panchayat and others ... Respondents
CORAM:
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE AMIT RAWAL Present:- None for the petitioner.
AMIT RAWAL J. (Oral) Even on second call, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is for issuing appropriate direction to respondent No.1 for deciding the representation/complaint dated 14.01.2017 (Annexure P-4). However, on going through the aforesaid representation/complaint, it appears that earlier complaint filed by the petitioner has already been disposed of by the SDM. Prima facie, the petitioner has not been able to prove locus standi. If at all, the petitioner has any grievance, he can seek vindication of his grievance by filing a civil suit.
No ground is made out for interference.
Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed. (AMIT RAWAL) JUDGE February 16, 2017 savita Whether Speaking/Reasoned Yes/No Whether Reportable Yes/No Savita 2017.02.17 13:05 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document High Court Chandigarh
