(Oral) The petitioners, in this petition, are seeking direction to respondent No.1 to decide their stay application expeditiously. Learned counsel for the petitioners has contended that the petitioners had preferred revision petition before respondent No.1 on 19.04.2017 and the office of respondent No.1 has listed it on 28.06.2017. In the meantime, the Halqa Patwari has issued warrant of possession of the land in possession of the petitioners on 08.06.2017. The petitioners preferred stay application before respondent No.1 on 12.06.2017 which has been adjourned to 28.06.2017 whereon the main case is listed. There appears to be the merit in the case of the petitioners. In case his stay application is not decided expeditiously, the warrant of possession could be executed.
