CORAM:HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE K. KANNAN 1.
Whether Reporters of local papers may be allowed to see the judgment ?
2.
To be referred to the Reporters or not ?
3.
Whether the judgment should be reported in the Digest? -.- K. KANNAN J. (ORAL) 1.
The petitioner has no locus standi to file the writ petition before this Court. The counsel says that he is moving this writ petition on the ground that a particular institution has sought for permission to run a school from a place by committing forgeries in some documents. The petitioner himself says that he is not the competent person to register a complaint. I do not think any intervention is called for. However, the petitioner's complaint which he has given to the authorities may be considered and they may duly apprise themselves of the details which the petitioner has given and take appropriate decision in the light of such new facts which are sought to be brought by the petitioner if they are credible and trustworthy.
2.
The writ petition is disposed of.
