Mr. Varinder Arora, Advocate for the respondent. *** ANIL KSHETARPAL, J (Oral) This is an application filed by the wife with a prayer to transfer the proceedings of the petition filed under Section 13(i)(ia) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, bearing No.HMA/455/2020, titled as "Yogesh Kumar vs. Babli Devi" pending in the Court of the Additional District Judge, Chandigarh, to the District and Sessions Court/Family Court, Narnaul. Reply to the petition has been filed and same is taken on record. During the course of hearing, the learned counsel for the parties have come to a consensus and they jointly pray that the proceedings be transferred to a neutral place i.e. Karnala.

Hence, the petition is allowed.

The petition filed under Section 13(i)(ia) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, bearing No.HMA/455/2020, titled as "Yogesh Kumar vs. Babli Devi" pending in the Court of the Additional District Judge, Chandigarh, is
