This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of appropriate directions to respondent No.2 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner at the hands of private respondents No.5 to 8. A bare perusal of the representation (Annexure P-3) reveals that there is neither any date nor any particulars have been mentioned regarding the alleged threat. Even otherwise during the course of argument, learned counsel for the petitioner has not pointed out any detail regarding the alleged threat.

In view of the above, no ground is made out for issuance of any directions to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner. Dismissed.
