Learned counsel states that the petitioner will be satisfied if the respondents are directed to consider its claims, as raised in the aforesaid representation, within a reasonable time. After hearing counsel for the petitioner and keeping in view the controversy involved, this Court is of the opinion that notice need not be issued to the respondents since limited relief is being prayed for, at this stage.

Accordingly, this petition is disposed of with a direction that the authorized person of the petitioner college shall present himself before respondent No.3 along with the necessary documents on any working day between 16.02.2015 to 20.02.2015 and the case shall be processed within a period of four weeks thereafter and necessary payment would be made to the petitioner, as per Rules.
