Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has sent a legal notice (Annexure P)15) to the respondent for the similar relief and at this stage, the petitioner will be satisfied, if directions are issued to the respondent to consider and take a decision on his legal notice dated 5.12.2014 (Annexure P)15). In view of above, without commenting on the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to consider and decide the legal notice of the petitioner dated 5.12.2014 (Annexure P)15) by passing a speaking order expeditiously, preferably, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
