***** Rajan Gupta, J. (Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner relies upon order dated 19.03.2018 passed in CWP-626-2018 titled as 'Sanjeet versus State of Haryana and others' and submits that the claim of the petitioners be reconsidered.

Learned State counsel submits that the matter shall be reconsidered by the Transport Commissioner, Haryana, keeping in view the order passed in the case of Sanjeet (supra).

In view of the above, no cause of action survives in this petition. Same is hereby disposed of. Needless to observe that in case any decision is taken in favour of the petitioner, necessary consequences will follow. In case of adverse decision, however, same shall be conveyed to the petitioner forthwith.
