Oberoi, Advocate for the petitioners. **** SANDEEP MOUDGIL , J.(ORAL) This petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of summoning order dated 04.06.2019 (Annexure P-14) as well as complaint No.178 of 2019 dated 04.06.2019 (Annexure P-13) whereby the petitioner was directed to appear before the Court of Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Sunam in a complaint under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the instant case with liberty to take all such pleas before the trial Court.

Allowed as prayed for.
