Complainant has filed this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. with a prayer for issuance of directions to the official respondent to investigate FIR No.364 dated 14.05.2019 registered at Police Station Bhiwani City, District Bhiwani as after registration of FIR, police is not doing anything.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has invited the attention of the Court to the representations submitted before the Superintendent of Police. A perusal of the representations reveals that the petitioner has shown undue haste in approaching the police firstly on 27.05.2019 (Annexure P-3) and thereafter on 15.06.2019 and 24.06.2019 (Annexures P-4 and P-5) respectively. The language and expression contained in the representations (Annexures P-3 to P-5) is disrespectful to the officers. CRM-M-28899-2019 (O & M) -2clarified that once the police has taken cognizance upon the complaint given by the complainant, the complainant cannot to ask for each day's progress in the investigation of the case.
