The present petition has been filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of writ in the nature of certiorari for setting aside the order dated 29.05.2024 (Annexure P-12), passed by the Commissioner, Karnal Division Karnal.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there are certain inadvertent errors in the instant petition and prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the same with liberty to file fresh one with better particulars.

In view of the above, the instant Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
