(Oral) Petitioner has prayed for a writ in the nature of mandamus to direct respondents No.2 and 3 for registration of sale/conveyance deeds in view of the Punjab Stamp (dealing of undervalued instruments) (second amendment) Rules, 2015. It has been urged before the court that the case of the petitioner for registration has not been considered despite the fact that he applied to respondent No.3 before the cut-off date. At the outset, learned counsel for the respondents submit that the case of the petitioner shall be considered as per 2015 Rules and Notification dated 30.06.2015, Annexure P-1.

In view of statement made by them, no further direction is necessary. Necessary decision be taken at the earliest, in any case, not later than 03 months. Disposed of.
