Tribhuvan Dahiya, J (Oral) The petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking a writ of certiorari quashing the order of punishment, dated 07.02.2024, Annexure P-36, passed by the Additional Director (Admn.), Directorate of Elementary Education, Haryana.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, contends that the petitioner's appeal against the impugned order of punishment is pending before the Appellate Authority, and next date of hearing is 26.07.2024. The petitioner will be satisfied in case the second respondent/Appellate Authority is directed to decide the same within a specified period. 3.

Learned State counsel contends that the pending appeal will be decided by the second respondent-Director Elementary Education, by passing a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks.
