(Oral) :

Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in FIR No.0113 dated 27.04.2021 under Sections 323, 34, 406, 498A, 506 IPC registered at Police Station Sadar, Palwal. Learned counsel submits that petitioners no.1 and 2 are parentsin-law while petitioner no.3 is the sister-in-law of the complainant. He submits that it was on account of a matrimonial dispute between the complainant and her husband i.e. the son of petitioners no.1 and 2 that the FIR in question came to be registered against them wherein false allegations of mental and physical harassment were levelled. He further submits that in the interregnum the parties i.e. the complainant and son of petitioners no.

1 and 2 have arrived at an amicable settlement before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court and subsequent thereto, a petition under Section 13-B of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 has also been filed by the complainant and son of petitioners no.1 and 2. He further submits that in compliance of the order dated 10.09.2021, the petitioners have joined investigation and co-operated with the investigating agency. Learned State counsel, on instructions, does not dispute the factum of the petitioners having joined investigation. He has further apprised this Court that the petitioners are no longer required for further interrogation.

In view of the above, the petition is allowed and interim order dated 10.09.2021 is made absolute subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
