3. Whether the judgment should be reported in the Digest? AJAY TEWARI, J. (ORAL) By this writ petition the petitioner has challenged the action of the respondent-State in cancelling the transfer of the respondent No.3.

In the reply it has been stated that the respondent No.3 had challenged the transfer order and this Court had granted him interim stay and that is why the respondents No.1 & 2 had cancelled the transfer order. It may be pointed out that the writ petition filed by respondent No.3 bearing CWP No.16370 of 2014 has been dismissed today on the ground of concealment of facts.
