Limited grievance of the petitioner is that in case he files an appeal before the appellate authority, it would serve no purpose as Chief Administrator, GMADA is a member of the Committee which decides the appeal. Though, we do not intend to express any opinion on this submission made by counsel for the petitioner but we propose that the matter be decided by the revisional authority itself.

As advance copy has been supplied to Mr. Sahil Sharma, DAG Punjab, we intend to seek his assistance. He has no serious objection to this. Under the circumstances, this petition is disposed off with the direction that revisional authority may decide the revision at the earliest, in any case not later than three months.
