(ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the orders passed by this Court in various writ petitions and representations filed by the petitioner, the respondent-authorities have undertaken the proceedings for negotiations in which the petitioner also participated yesterday. This fact is also endorsed and stated by Mr. Deepak Balyan, learned Additional Advocate General, Haryana. In view of the aforesaid, nothing further survives for adjudication in the present petition as the respondent-authorities are already taking steps pursuant to the directions issued by this Court in various writ petitions.
