This is the 3rd petition filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking grant of anticipatory bail in respect of the aforementioned FIR. One of the earlier petition i.e. CRM-M-13367-2023 had been dismissed by this Court vide detailed order dated 2.6.2023 (Annexure P-10). Thereafter, the petitioner filed another petition in this Court i.e. CRM-M-17607-2024, which was also dismissed a few days back vide order dated 27.5.2024 (Annexure P-11). Learned counsel for the petitioner argued that since one of the co-accused has subsequently been granted bail, the petitioner also deserves the same concession on grounds of parity.

This Court is unable to appreciate the aforesaid contention given the fact that the earlier petition filed on behalf of the petitioner had been dismissed on merits.
