**** Rakesh Kumar Jain, J. (Oral) This petition is directed against the order dated 01.06.2016 passed by respondent No.1.

The only argument raised by counsel for the petitioner is that no evidence has been brought on record by respondents No.2 to 5 to prove that Iqbal Singh had died because of the snake bite. On the other hand, counsel for the respondent-caveators has submitted that respondent No.1 has considered the evidence in para no.17 of its order and passed the order accordingly which does not call for any interference.

After hearing learned counsel for the parties and examining the available record, I am of the considered opinion that the argument raised by

No other point has been raised.
