RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK, J Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the very outset, fairly states that since pursuant to impugned retrenchment notice dated 20.11.2012 (Annexure P-3), petitioner already stood retrenched during the pendency of the writ petition, he seeks permission of the court to withdraw the present writ petition to challenge the retrenchment before the appropriate forum, in accordance with law. Permission is granted.
