Learned Senior counsel for the appellant submits that while he does not press the present appeal, certain facts needs to be noted that supplementary charge-sheet issued in terms of the investigation conducted, on account of the orders passed by this Court. 2.

The said supplementary charge-sheet and proceedings were kept pending while the learned Judge, based on the earlier charge-sheet has acquitted the three persons, who were not even named in the FIR. While he does not press this appeal against the said persons, he prays that the directions be issued to the concerned Trial Court to pass an independent judgment without being influenced by the judgment passed in the subject matter of the present appeal.

We, accordingly, dismissed the appeal as not pressed. Needless to say that the learned Judge, who would conduct the JAWALA RAM 2024.11.04 16:16 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document
