The time schedule prescribed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court for completion of admission process for Post Graduate (Broad Speciality) Medical Courses in Ashish Ranjan and others vs Union of India and others decided on January 18, 2016 (I.A.No.7 & 8 in Writ Petition (Civil) No.76 of 2015), by all means is 31st May of the year. [2] The petitioner is an aspirant for admission to Post Graduate Course, i.e. MD/MS against the seats which admittedly fell vacant on 12/13.06.2017 and 16.06.2017.
