This is a petition under Sections 11 and 13 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiation of proceedings against the respondents for non-compliance of the order dated 10.12.2024 passed in CWP-9711-2019. 2.

Learned counsel for the State on instructions from Shri Vipin Kumar, General Manager, Haryana Roadways, Rohtak contends that all the benefits have since been released except for gratuity for which signatures of the petitioner are required.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would contend that the petitioner would visit the office concerned tomorrow at 11.00 am. 4.

In view thereof, the present petition is disposed off. Rule stands discharged.
