Learned State counsel has placed on record copy of order dated 22.03.2018, vide which the petitioner and three other employees have been promoted w.e.f 26.04.2016 instead of 26.04.2017. In view of the order dated 22.03.2018 filed by the State in the Court, the present petition is dismissed as having become rendered infructuous.
