CM No. 15166-CWP of 2021 This is an application under Order 23 Rule 1 read with Section 151 CPC for permission to withdraw the present writ petition.
Learned counsel submits that during pendency of the present writ petition, the petitioner has already assigned his rights in the chamber to Sh. Amit Gargi who has already filed CM No.30-CWP of 2020 under Order 22 Rule 10 read with JYOTI SHARMA 2021.10.29 16:48 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
CM No. 15166-CWP of 2021 in/and CWP No. 12195 of 2018 -2Order 1 Rule 10 read with Section 151 CPC for substitution in place of the petitioner. The said application has not been disposed of so far, but the original petitioner i.e. Nipun Bansal has filed an affidavit in support of the present application for withdrawal of the writ petition on the ground of amicable resolution of dispute.
The main case is already fixed for 06.01.2022. In view of nature of prayer made in the application, the date of hearing is preponed and the main case is taken up today.
Main case Dismissed as withdrawn.
