(ORAL) After arguing the case for some time and realising that he will not be in a position to convince this Court on merits of the case, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail his other remedies, in accordance with law, including by laying challenge to the validity of Will which is the sole basis of passing the impugned orders, thereby sanctioning the mutation in question.
It goes without saying that civil court decree shall prevail upon the parties and their rights would be determined accordingly. Permission is granted.
