IN THE HIGH COURT OF PUNJAB AND HARYANA AT
CHANDIGARH CWP No. 13934 of 2017 Date of decision: 03.07.2017 Suresh Kumar ....Petitioner(s)
Versus
State of Haryana and others
...Respondent(s)
CORAM: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE G.S.SANDHAWALIA
Present:
Mr. S.K. Bhardwaj, Advocate, for the petitioner.
G.S.SANDHAWALIA, J. (Oral) The petitioner (who is working as a Group Instructor) is aggrieved against the transfer order dated 16.06.2017 (Annexure P-1) whereby, he has been transferred from Gohana to Purkhas. It is the grouse of the petitioner that he has to retire on 31.05.2018 and, therefore, as per the policy of the State, he should not be moved out.
It is not disputed that the petitioner has been posted within the district of Sonepat. In such circumstances, this Court is of the opinion that there is no scope for indulgence by this Court in view of the fact that it is only an administrative action as such by the respondents. Counsel for the petitioner, however, submits that a representation dated 18.06.2017 (Annexure P-4) has already been moved and, therefore, the respondents may consider the same. Notice of motion.
