Instant petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of writ in the nature of Habeas Corpus for appointment of Warrant Officer to release the detenue, namely Jalekhan, daughter of the petitioner, who is alleged to be in illegal custody of respondents No.4 to 6.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that a compromise has been effected between the parties. He seeks and is granted permission to withdraw the petition.
