JASWANT SINGH, J (ORAL) The petitioner, who is serving as a Forest Guard in the Punjab Forest Department and promoted as Forest Block Officer/Forester on 10.9.2012, has impugned order dated 16.6.2017 (P.5) passed by Forest Convervator, Foerzepur Circle, Ferozepur, transferring him from Ferozepur Mandal to Inch. Bagha Purana Block.

This Court while issuing notice of motion on 23.6.2017 had granted ad interim stay.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the petition. Dismissed as withdrawn.
