Petition herein is, inter alia, for issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari to set aside order dated 30.07.2015 (Annexure P-4) passed by the learned Superintending Canal Officer, Patiala Circle Irrigation Branch, Patiala.

Learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions from Mr. Baljinder Singh (petitioner No.1), who is present in Court, submits that the matter has been amicably settled between the concerned parties, accordingly, he may be permitted to withdraw the instant writ petition. 3.

The aforesaid factum of amicable settlement between the parties has also been asserted by learned counsel for the respondents. 4.

Keeping in view the aforesaid submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. 5.
