******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) Learned State counsel submits that this petition has been rendered infrucutous as investigation of case bearing FIR No. 51 dated 03.04.2018 registered at Police Station City Muktsar Sahib for the offence punishable under Section 364 read with Section 34 IPC and 25 of Arms Act has been entrusted to AIG (Crime Zone), Bathinda on the request of petitioner.

In view of submission of learned State counsel, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition. Dismissed as withdrawn.
