1. The petitioner assails order dated 28.6.2023 (Annexure P-9) vide which he has been transferred.

2. Upon advance copy having been served to the State, Mr. Inderpreet Singh Kang, AAG, Punjab, has put in appearance and has submitted that the services of the petitioner stand suspended vide order dated 03.07.2023 a copy of which has been supplied today. The same is taken on record.

3. In view of the aforestated position the instant petition is virtually rendered infructuous and is disposed of as such.

4. Needless to mention, the petitioner would be at liberty to assail the order of suspension.
