This petition has been filed under Section 528 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, seeking directions to respondents no.2 and 3 for handing over the mobile of the petitioner to him from respondent no.4 and taking appropriate action against respondent no.4. It is further prayed that directions be issued to respondent no.2 to decide the representation dated 23.3.2026 filed by the petitioner. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the petition in hand with liberty to avail alternative remedy(s), in accordance with law, including approaching the concerned Magistrate as provided in law.
