(Oral) The petitioner has filed the present writ petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, challenging the publication dated 07.06.2017 (Annexure P-7), issued by respondent No.4, whereby, the respondent has invited fresh short term labour/cartage tenders for District Ludhiana, whereas, the petitioner is already carrying out the labour work for Cluster Khanna after depositing the security amount and executing the agreement.

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner states that since the petitioner is already executing the contract, therefore, he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition. 3.
Dismissed as withdrawn.
