However, no response has been received. Learned State counsel, at the outset, submits that averments made in the legal notice, Annexure P-11, shall be considered by the concerned authority and intimation shall be sent to the petitioners within six weeks. Orders, if any, passed in similar writ petition(s) shall also be taken into consideration.
