ARUN PALLI, J. (ORAL) Vide this petition, the petitioner had assailed the list of trainees who were admitted in the 76th Station Officers and Instructors Course, for, he was declined admission in this regard.

Learned counsel for respondent No. 1 submits that the Course in question was of six months duration and had since been completed on 23.06.2017. And, even the 77th Station Officers and Instructors Course is already underway. Thus, he submits that the petition is rendered infructuous. So is the stand set out in the short reply filed on behalf of Prashant Kapoor 2018.01.16 18:39 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document

The averments set out in the reply have not been controverted either by way of replication or any counter affidavit. In the wake of the above, the petition is disposed of as having become infructuous. However, if any dispute/interest/cause of action still survives, the petitioner shall be at liberty to seek revival of this petition for decision on merits.
