(Oral) Mr. Vivek Khatri, learned counsel for the petitioners contends that though the petitioners have been informed several times regarding the orders dated 24.01.2012, 14.02.2013 and as well as 02.02.2015 passed by this Court, yet the same have not been complied with, therefore, he is helpless in rendering any assistance to this Court.
