RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Petitioner has approached this Court praying for issuance of directions to the respondents to deposit the amount of grant sanctioned by respondent No.2 meant for the development of Panchayat by setting aside the order dated 28.02.2018 whereby the sanction amount had been ordered to be deposited in the account of respondent No.4 as per the letter dated 28.02.2018, Annexure P-5, which is illegal, arbitrary and against the law. It has been submitted by learned State counsel that tenure of the Gram Panchayat is already expired and now the new Panchayat is in place and hence the present petition has become infructuous. Learned counsel for the petitioner agrees to the same. After hearing learned counsel for the parties and in view of the above-mentioned facts, the present petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail its remedy as available to it in accordance with law.
