The matter was referred to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court.

Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that the parties have since settled the matter before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court on 15.11.2023.

Report of the Mediator has been received along with which the settlement has been appended. Settlement is taken on record and marked as Exhibit C-1.

Learned counsel for the parties state that the present appeal may be disposed off in terms of the compromise dated 15.11.2023 arrived at between the parties.

In view of the above, the present appeal is disposed off in terms of the settlement dated 15.11.2023, Exhibit C-1. The terms of the settlement have been stated in para No.6 of the settlement. Decree sheet be drawn up AMAN JAIN 2024.01.22 10:00 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this judgment/order.
