Appreciating the approach adopted by both the parties, including the officers of the Bank, we find that the mediation has been successful between the parties and the report has been submitted by the Mediation and Conciliation Centre dated 05.03.2025 along-with the settlement agreement arrived at between the parties. The same is taken on the record. The settlement is made absolute between the parties.

The appeal and the writ petition are, accordingly, disposed of in the same terms as the settlement agreement, which shall be binding on both the parties in future also.
