HARINDER SINGH SIDHU, J Learned State counsel appearing on behalf of respondent-State submits that order dated 11.06.2020 passed by this Court in CWP No.7995 of 2020 has been complied with and a speaking order dated 27.01.2021 has been passed by the Competent Authority.

In view thereof, present petition is dismissed as infructuous. Needless to say that it would be open for the petitioner to assail the speaking order, if so aggrieved.
