This is an application for disposal of the main appeal in terms of the compromise dated 05.12.2025 entered into between the parties. 2.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the main appeal, which is pending for 28.07.2026, is taken on Board today itself. RSA-2472-2023 (O&M) 3.

Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that the parties to the lis have since compromised the matter and they have got their statements recorded before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court and that they would have no objection if the property in dispute is transferred in the JITENDER KUMAR 2026.02.23 10:50 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh

In view of the above, the present appeal is disposed off in terms of the compromise arrived at between the parties vide compromise deed dated 05.12.2025, which is marked as 'Ex.C-1'. The compromise (Ex.C-1) be made a part of the decree-sheet. Decree-sheet be drawn up accordingly.
