*** Ritu Bahri, J. (Oral) Petitioner is seeking issuance of direction to respondents to give her appointment on the post of Primary Teacher, as the same has been given to juniors of the petitioner.

At the very outset, learned counsel submits that this benefit has already been extended to several other similarly situated candidates, as reflected in letters dated 07.12.2017 and 10.02.2018. Several candidates lower in merit to the petitioner were issued joining letter. The petitioner gave representation in this regard on 10.09.2020 (P-4) which is still pending.
