This is a petition under Sections 10 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiation of proceedings against the respondents for non-compliance of the order dated 27.01.2025 passed in CWP-PIL-77-2024. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the order dated 27.01.2025 has since been complied with, hence, she does not wish to press the present petition.
