Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the issue raised in the present petition has already been answered by this Court while passing order in CWP-12480-2017 titled as 'Meenu Devi versus Presiding Officer, Industrial Tribunal-cum-Labour Court, Hisar and another, alongwith other connected cases, decided on 03.04.2025, hence, the present petition may kindly be disposed of in the same terms and conditions as held in Meenu Devi's case (supra). 2.

Learned counsel for the respondents-State on the other hand, has not been able to dispute the statement made by learned counsel for the petitioner recorded herein above.
