(ORAL) Both the petitioners herein have sought the relief of anticipatory bail in the criminal case arising out of the FIR bearing No.153 dated 05.08.2021 registered at Police Station Mukerian, District Hoshiarpur, under Sections 323, 324, 326, 506, 148 and 149 IPC. Learned State counsel, on the instructions from ASI Jasbir Singh from the above-said Police Station, apprises the Court that in compliance of the order dated 09.09.2021, as passed by the Co-ordinate Bench, both the petitioners have joined in the investigation and their custodial interrogation is not required and they are also not involved in any other criminal case of the similar nature. In view of the above-discussed submission as made by learned State counsel, the instant petition is allowed and the relief of interim bail, as extended to the petitioners named Ramandeep Kaur and NEETU RANI 2022.07.14 17:19 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment PHHC
