Value One Retail, filed against the conviction order dated 7.3.2022 passed in Complaint No.902 of 2017, under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881.

Learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to approach the Court below after surrender of the petitioner no.2, who is now returned back to India on 10.6.2024. 3.
