The only prayer made in the present petition is that the revision petition filed by the petitioner before respondent No.2 - Commissioner, Gurugram - be disposed off in a time bound manner. The matter is already fixed, even as per the contention made by learned counsel for the petitioner, for arguments on 28.05.2026.

This Court is sanguine that respondent No.2 - Commissioner, Gurugram - would decide the matter in accordance with the law. No further orders are required to be passed by this Court as the matter is already fixed for arguments on 28.05.2026.
