*** Ritu Bahri, J. (Oral) Petitioners are seeking issuance of direction to respondents to grant them arrears of pay from the date of their first joining and complete pay on regular scale for the ad hoc period of service, as they are regularly selected candidates.

At the very outset, learned counsel submits that this benefit has already been extended to several other similarly situated candidates like Usha Rani with Roll No. 99924150, Seema Devi having roll number 99925472 & Geeta having roll no 99923200. Reference has been made to CWP No. 14989-2020 titled Tejbir and others vs. State of Haryana and another, decided on 21.09.2020 (P-13).
